The new service allows Bolt customers in Tallinn to use the Bolt Food app for ordering groceries, now delivered by Starship’s autonomous robots. Over 180,000 residents can enjoy this delivery method from three designated Bolt Market stores. During the launch phase, these robot deliveries are provided at no cost to customers, encouraging widespread adoption and showcasing the capabilities of the service. Starship’s robots are designed to navigate urban environments autonomously, having completed extensive deliveries globally. These electrically-powered machines are energy-efficient, consuming minimal energy per delivery. Operating at Level 4 autonomy, they make numerous crossings each day, demonstrating reliability and safety.
