Madrid-based Flowww, a software company specialising in streamlining operations for aesthetic medicine, healthcare, and beauty businesses, has completed its first investment round, raising €4 million. The funding is expected to support the company’s expansion efforts in Europe and Latin America. Flowww aims to strengthen its market presence through strategic partnerships and enhanced service offerings. With a track record of handling millions of transactions and appointments annually, the company seeks to leverage this capital to optimise digital solutions for its clients. The investment underscores the growing demand for specialised software in the healthcare and beauty sectors.
Earlier reports on Flowww highlighted its steady growth without external funding, relying solely on its own resources. The company has been operating profitably for years, building a client base across multiple countries. Compared to previous years, this funding round marks a shift in strategy, allowing Flowww to accelerate its expansion and explore new sectors. While the company has maintained a presence in Latin America, this investment aims to deepen its foothold in the region and establish stronger partnerships to enhance its service portfolio.
What does Flowww’s software offer?
Flowww provides an integrated software solution designed to unify operations for businesses in aesthetic medicine, healthcare, and beauty. Its platform includes tools for appointment scheduling, digital invoicing, stock management, marketing automation, and data analytics. Additional features, such as Flowww WhatsApp and custom web applications, are intended to improve sales conversion and streamline transaction processing via digital channels. The company reports that its software can increase revenue by 40% and optimise profitability by 20%.
Currently, Flowww operates in 17 countries, serving 3,500 clinics and managing over 13 million appointments yearly. The platform processes more than €300 million in annual transactions, supported by a team of 70 employees across offices in Spain, Mexico, and Brazil. By offering a comprehensive digital solution, Flowww aims to simplify business operations while improving efficiency and profitability for its clients.
How will the funding be utilised?
The newly secured investment will be allocated towards expanding Flowww’s footprint in European markets and reinforcing its presence in Latin America. The company plans to strengthen existing partnerships, such as its collaboration with Odella in Mexico, while exploring opportunities for further growth. Additionally, Flowww intends to enhance its platform’s capabilities by introducing new features tailored to industry-specific needs.
“We are at a pivotal moment for the company, where our track record demonstrates that Flowww effectively addresses key challenges in growing an aesthetic medicine, healthcare and beauty business,” said Natalia Villora, CEO of Flowww.
“We are capable of driving direct profit margins with highly productivity and marketing-focused tools, providing the best vertical solution for the market. For this reason, and after years of being a profitable company funded by our own resources, we feel we have surrounded ourselves with the best partners to take an exponential leap into the global market and open new sectors focused on business growth with highly qualified support.”
Swanlaab Venture Factory and Bonsai Partners led this investment round, with additional participation from Sabadell Venture Capital. Investors believe that Flowww’s technology has strong potential to scale in international markets, particularly in Mexico, Spain, Italy, and broader Latin America. The funding is expected to support targeted expansion efforts, including a strategic return to the Brazilian market.
“At Swanlaab, we are committed to Flowww in this new phase of expansion and consolidation. Its ability to convert large private healthcare chains into loyal clients demonstrates the great potential of its technology in the enterprise and mid-market segments,” said Verónica Trapa, General Partner at Swanlaab.
“We believe this is the perfect moment to accelerate its growth in key markets such as Mexico, Spain, Italy and Latin America, as well as its strategic return to Brazil. Natalia’s vision and her focus on monetisation, customer success and data exploitation position Flowww on the path of global leaders like Zenoti and Mindbody.”
“At Bonsai Partners, we share Flowww’s vision and are excited to participate in this new phase alongside our partners Swanlaab and Sabadell,” said Martí Escursell, Managing Partner at Bonsai Partners. “The combination of its innovative product and multidisciplinary team uniquely positions the company to continue capturing a global market with exceptional growth potential.”
Flowww’s expansion comes at a time when demand for specialised software in aesthetic medicine and healthcare is increasing. Digital transformation has become a key focus for businesses looking to enhance efficiency and customer engagement. With this funding, Flowww aims to strengthen its position as a software provider that integrates operational workflows while driving business growth. The company’s move towards global expansion aligns with broader industry trends, as businesses seek integrated solutions to manage customer interactions and internal processes more effectively.
