This strategic acquisition aims to bolster Seenons’ presence in Europe and position the company as a leading waste management platform. Seenons continues its mission to promote a circular economy by reducing waste and improving efficiency through technological innovations.
Seenons previously acquired Recycling Partners Belgium, indicating an ongoing strategy of expanding through acquisitions. Waste Group Denmark, located in Roskilde, enhances Seenons’ capabilities in waste analysis, invoice control, and reporting. This acquisition allows Seenons to better serve large enterprises in Denmark and across Europe, reducing waste and saving costs. The company recently secured funding from investors such as Invest-NL and Swiss Post VC to support its international growth.

Operating in 15,000 locations across Benelux, the company partners with 300 organizations to manage 100 different types of business waste. Seenons provides tools and insights for businesses to control and reduce their waste effectively.
